Strawberry Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
3/4 cup fine floor
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp strawberry essence
4-5 drops pink color
1/2 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
Method:
1. Sift fine flour, baking powder, baking soda and keep it aside.
2. Combine milk and butter in a bowl and whisk well.
3. Now add fine flour, 2-3 drops of pink color, strawberry essence and whisk well.
4. Grease a big try & pour cake batter into it.
5. Preheated oven and bake it at 180 degree celsius for 15-20 mins.
6. Cool the cake and whip fresh cream with sugar,some drops of pink color
until light & fluffy. Refrigerate it before using.

7. Now place the cake on a piece of parchment paper. Spread whipped cream
on it.

8. Roll up the cake gently using parchment paper.
9. Wrap up the cake with the parchment paper and refrigerate 30-35 mins.
10. Cut the Swiss roll into thick slices.
11. Transfer the Swiss roll in serving plate, garnish with fresh strawberry and serve.
