Pomegranate Juice
Pomegranate juice, a powerhouse of nutrients and vitamins. It is proven to be effective in reducing bad cholesterol and raising good cholesterol. Help to keep heart and body healthy.
This tasty juice can be made quickly and easily. Homemade pomegranate juice is fresh, unprocessed, delicious and retains most of the vitamins and nutrients.
Ingredients:
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 cup water
4-5 ice cubes
Pinch of salt
Method:
1. Add 1/2 cup water, pomegranate seeds in a mixer and bland it for few sec.
2. Take a bowl and strain the juice using strainer.
3. Press the pulp with a spoon as much as possible.
4. Add 1 cup of water, sugar, salt and mix well.
5. Add two ice cubes in glass, fill it with prepared juice and serve chilled.
Tips:
1. you can add some black pepper, it will add distinct flavor, aroma. Also enhance
its digestive capabilities.

2. Sugar is optional, if juice is sweet you can skip it.
3. Straining can also be avoided to enjoy it as chewy pomegranate juice.
