Veg Fried Rice
Veg fried rice is one of the recipes that taste absolutely delicious. it has lots of vegetables in it which are good for all specially for kids.
Veg fried rice is very simple and easy to make. You can make this dish with the most available ingredients or with any veggies of your choice.
Ingredients:
11/2 cup steamed rice
1/4 cup green peas
1 carrot chopped
1 capsicum chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion saute till golden brown.
2. Now add ginger-garlic paste, cook for 1-2 sec.
3. Add green peas, carrot, capsicum, saute on high flame and stir continuously.
4. Add soya sauce, pepper powder, turmeric powder, vinegar and mix well.
5. Now add steamed rice, salt and mix it well.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Tips:
1. Don't over cook rice, otherwise it will break and become mushy.
2. Add soya sauce according to your taste.
3 .You can add mushrooms and other vegetables like beans, cabbage,
cauliflower, tomatoes etc.
