Apple Milk Shake
Apple milk shake is simple super easy to make It can be ready in less than a minute time. Mix apple, milk, and sugar/honey together and blend. Healthy, delicious and yummy apple milk shake is ready, which keeps you energetic for a long time.This smooth, delicate shake is a great way to cool off during the long and hot days of summer.
Ingredients:
1 big apple
2 cups chilled milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 cup apple finely chopped
Sugar/honey as required (optional)
Method:
1. Wash, peel and chop apple.
2. In a blender jar add milk, chopped apple, cinnamon powder
sugar/honey(optional).

3. Blend all the ingredients till smooth.
4. Pour the apple milkshake in glasses.
5. Garnish with chopped apple pieces and serve chilled.
Tips:
1. If you like you can add some sugar or honey.
2. For garnishing you can use cinnamon powder in place
of chopped apple or you can use both.
3. Cashew nuts and almonds can also be used to
make it more nutritious and creamy.
