Ingredients:



15-16 marie biscuits
3 tbsp powdered sugar 
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbsp milk 
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
3-4 drops vanilla essence
1 cup milk powder
Foil as required

Method:


1. Make powder of biscuits, transfer it into a bowl, add cocoa powder,
    2 tbsp powdered sugar, mix well.

2. Now add milk and make a dough like chapati. keep it aside.

3. In separate bowl, add desiccated coconut, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, milk
    powder, vanilla essence and 1/2 tbsp milk and mix well. Divide it into 2
    equal portions.

4. Take a foil, spread it on a even surface, now divide the cocoa-biscuit dough
     in two portions.

5. Make a ball of one portion, press it on foil and roll into a circle.

6. Now spread one portion of coconut mixture on cocoa-biscuit circle evenly.

7. Make a tight roll and seal the ends.

8. Repeat the same process for second portion.

9. Wrap the rolls in foil, set in fridge for 5-6 hours.

10. Take sharp knife and cut chocolate roll into pieces.

11. Lovely & delicious valentine chocolate rolls are ready for your loved ones.

Tips:



1. Cocoa-biscuit dough should not be too soft or too tight.

2. Roll must be tight otherwise it will be difficult to cut it.

3. You can use strawberry, pineapple or any other essence of your choice.

4. Always use a sharp knife to cut the roll.

Gajar Matar Ki Sabzi

Gajar Matar Ki Sabzi
( Carrot Peas Sabzi)

Gajar Matar ki sabzi is a winter delicacy. It is  healthy, comforting and easy to cook. This mildly spiced, colorful dish can compliment to just about any meal.

Gajar and Matar both vegetables have a mild sweet aroma, pair up well beautifully and lots of nutritive value. You can make variations in this recipe according to your taste.

Ingredients:



5-6 carrot 
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp ginger paste
2-3 green chili chopped
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp dry mango powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method:


1. Wash, peel and chop carrot.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, let them crackle.

3. Now add green chili, red chili powder, green peas, saute for some time.

4. Add carrot, salt, cook covered on medium heat, stirring time to time.

5. Add garam masala, dry mango powder and mix well.

6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.


Gajar Matar Ki Sabzi


Tips:


1. You can skip garam masala and dry mango powder.

2. Lemon juice can be added in place of dry mango powder.

3. Quantity of peas can be increase or decrease according to choice.
