Valentine Chocolate Roll

Ingredients:
15-16 marie biscuits
3 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbsp milk
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
3-4 drops vanilla essence
1 cup milk powder
Foil as required
Method:
1. Make powder of biscuits, transfer it into a bowl, add cocoa powder,

2. Now add milk and make a dough like chapati. keep it aside.
3. In separate bowl, add desiccated coconut, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, milk
powder, vanilla essence and 1/2 tbsp milk and mix well. Divide it into 2
equal portions.

4. Take a foil, spread it on a even surface, now divide the cocoa-biscuit dough
in two portions.

5. Make a ball of one portion, press it on foil and roll into a circle.
6. Now spread one portion of coconut mixture on cocoa-biscuit circle evenly.
7. Make a tight roll and seal the ends.
8. Repeat the same process for second portion.
9. Wrap the rolls in foil, set in fridge for 5-6 hours.
10. Take sharp knife and cut chocolate roll into pieces.
11. Lovely & delicious valentine chocolate rolls are ready for your loved ones.
Tips:
1. Cocoa-biscuit dough should not be too soft or too tight.
2. Roll must be tight otherwise it will be difficult to cut it.
3. You can use strawberry, pineapple or any other essence of your choice.
4. Always use a sharp knife to cut the roll.
